The JAMB is a Nigerian entrance examination board for tertiary-level institutions. The board conducts entrance Matriculation Examinations for entry into all Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education in Nigeria. The board is also charged with the responsibility to administer similar examinations for applicants to Nigerian public and private monotechnics, polytechnics, and colleges of educations. All of these candidates must have obtained the West Africa School Certificate, now West African Examinations Council, WAEC, or its equivalent, National Examination Council (Nigeria), NECO.
Every year, the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board conducts an examination that determines if a student will be admitted to higher education.
Youths from some families are not always able to afford the fees for the JAMB entrance examination and this is where the Dr Monday and Ebi Okonny Foundation came in!
Dr. Monday and Ebi Okonny Foundation is officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Nigeria.
This foundation DOES NOT charge any fees for the scholarship application process and only operates by the name Dr. Monday and Ebi Okonny Foundation.
